ACC Control National Promotion for Calendar Year 2006 extends Sirius Power Control Quarterly Promotion to June

The ACC Control National Promotion is targeting the top 200 Industrial Distributors for the period of Calendar Year 2006. Participating Distributors are measured on percent growth in AC Controls sales volume and can also earn points for Quarterly Promotion Activity such as Customer Presentations relating to the Product of the Quarter. One Grand Prize and 7 Regional Prizes will be awarded based on point accumulation.

IEC Control – Quarterly Promotions

January – June 2006 :: SIRIUS Power Control

• $50 per incremental $2K sold 2006/2005*
• If quarterly sales exceed 20% growth 2006/2005, a stock order for this product can be entered with a 5% discount*

July – September 2006 :: SIRIUS Soft Starters

• $10 per 3RW3 Soft Starter Sold*
• $30 per 3RW4 Soft Starter Sold*
• If quarterly sales exceed 20% growth 2006/2005, a stock order for this product can be entered with a 5% discount.

October – December 2006 :: SIRIUS Solid State Overload Protection

• $10 per 3UF7 Overload Sold*
• $3 per 3RB Overload Sold*
• If quarterly sales exceed 20% growth 2006/2005, a stock order for this product can be entered with a 5% discount*

January – March 2007 :: Pilot Devices

• $50 per incremental $1K sold 2006/2005*
• If quarterly sales exceed 20% growth 2006/2005, a stock order for this product can be entered with a 5% discount*
